I am asking this for my brother. His shuffle wont download music on to it. Is there a way to reset the whole thing and start new? I checked the apple site and none of there ways worked. Should I have him just go to the Apple store in the Mall of America(its the closest one)?

fist plug his ipod in and restore it. if it dose not work than got to the store. call apple
