Best MP3 Player on a Budget Price?

What is the best MP3 player to buy on a limited budget, $40 to $70? I don%26#39;t need it to do video or anything fancy like that, just songs. I would love to get 2G or higher, if possible.

Answers:

I recommend a SanDisk player. The quality is good and they are durable. They aren%26#39;t too expensive and you can get models without any bells and whistles. I have had good luck shopping online at overstock.com. I would check out what they have to offer.

Nextar makes cheaper priced players too, but I don%26#39;t have any experience with them.

Good Luck...and enjoy your player(whichever you get)! a shuffle ipod i bought a ipod shuffle for 70$ that hold 120 songs...those r the old version ones though.if u really wanna be cheap (smart)...get it one on eBay...fa 70$ u can get a 1 gig (about 240 songs),, apple ipod (the mp3 player) is now selling for $70.99 for a 4G. thats prolly the best. http://www.tbirdsonline.com

The memory is the most expensive part of MP3 players. $44.99 for a 512mb MP3 player holds 130-150 songs. well, the cheapest (that is new) 2gb player I found is a philips flash player at $51.99 but you can continue looking here.

note: the best time to go shopping is during black friday / cyber monday, which is the days following thanksgiving. Trust me, you can end up saving 75% or more (I bought a belkin ipod fm tuner for $7, where it was retailed at $80) (also, that $7 was tax, it was basically free) These are the one you want go to http://www.mp4direct.org use the mp3 / mp4 player link 2Gb under $40.00
