I cant seem to get my computer to recognise my Creative Zen mp3 player when i plug it in thru the usb point as a result it cant re-charge, anyone any suggestions as to what could be wrong

if you have left your zen go completely flat th computer wil not recognize it untill it has charged up a little.just plug it in to your usb port and leave it for about 10 to 15mins then put the power switch to the on pos and it should find it reset your player and reboot your machine.
that usually does the trick
