Can a creative zen vision m support mpeg4 formatted music?

i lost my ipod and want a zen but all my music is on itunes and i no how to convert it but its hard to find on google because when i type it in it thinks i mean video but my brother says mpeg4 is video format but thats what all my songs are in and when i convert it into mp3 it still says its mpeg4. im confused.
