Okay, Best Buy has a rapid exchange program for the iPod where you send your broken or defective iPod and they send it out, about 4 days later you get called to pick up a refurbished one (not the one you took in.) I did this and it should be in tomorrow. But when i took it in, the Geek Squad guy told me that if it messes up again, i should wait till the new 6th generation iPod comes out. Then go to them with the iPod that doesn%26#39;t work because of damage that they cannot prove wasn%26#39;t accidental and that they could replace it with a 6th generation one, or something like that. But I%26#39;m wondering if this is true and I%26#39;m also wondering about how I would go along with this to get the new one. Does anyone know? Thanks in Advance.

Yes, only if you wait until the 6th gen. comes out and the ipod breaks or just break it your self then they will give you a new one just make sure when it just comes out then send it back so that there is no chance of getting a used one ya thats true and the new one will be good SMASH IT INTO LITTLE PIECES
yay If you%26#39;re trying to protect your ipod from major melt down, then try not to charge it too much. I know this might be obvious but some people don%26#39;t know it. And yea you should wait till the 6th generation. I hope that helps! =]
