Best buy question?

somebody said, they took their ipod for repair at best buy. i wanna know how muci it cost

If you bought the service plan when you purchased the ipod (assuming you bought it from best buy) then it is free, of course it has to meet their requirments. When did you buy your ipod, I would try the manufacturer first. All best buy is going to do is send it to the manufacturer anyway. But to answer your question if you must insist on best buy then I would call them. i am sure it depends on the problem. Call them PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use best buy for any repairs on anything. They have numerous lawsuits pending to fraudulent activities. One is a guy bought a computer from Best Buy. He had problems with said computer, brought computer back to best buy so the geek squad could fix it. Geek squad told him the computer was shot (this is after warranty period) Guy purchased another computer took the old computer to someone who buys junk computers. Discovered at this time that the computer is fine, there was a card that had been partially removed so that the computer would not work properly. His intital problem was that the computer was running to slowly.
