It%26#39;s new (3 days) and everything I plug in gets sound out of only one side.
Answers:
It%26#39;s not your headphones. It%26#39;s your player. Take your player to a Creative HQ with your player%26#39;s warranty. They should give you a new player.
Oh yea. Remember to back up your songs. =) If you tried new head phones I%26#39;d say the player is faulty send it back.
All the best mp3 mp4 players at http://www.mp4direct.org Hi! Pls follow this procedures: (most likely your player has some problem.)
1)Make sure the player is properly powering up and functions normally
2)Check the volume level on the player
3)Verify the files on the player can properly playback on a PC. Double click the file and listen for it to play on the PC.
Playback speed may change if a track is ripped into a bit rate not supported by the player. Try re-ripping the tracks using the standard rip settings of the software.
4)Subscription and purchased tracks cannot be transferred to MP3 players by dragging-and-dropping. Protected tracks that are dragged and dropped onto a player will lose their license and cannot be played back on the player.
If the player has an A/V Out jack that is being used, use only a supported A/V cable
5)Disconnect any speakers connected to the player and connect standard headphones to the player
6)Check to make sure any headphones plugged into the player are working. Please see Headphone Troubleshooting Tips
