If I set up my istore account for my country, can I buy things in the istore of another country or am I stuck with the content available in Belgium?

ya unfortunately you are, mine is set up for ireland so i can only get music available in iTunes ireland, but for other products it doesnt matter, cos they%26#39;re all posted from overseas anyway.
the only thing its ever effected me with was music, and only once ever
