Well the iPod Nano can be used with Vista, I%26#39;m pretty sure Apple has updated iTunes to work with Vista, most MP3 manufacturers should have updated their software and firmware.
I would personally recommend the Creative line of MP3s... go to www.creative.com and look up MP3 players. they%26#39;re good with battery life, durable and cost less...
besides, the iPod is so overrated. Sandisk Sansa e260. http://www.sandisk.com/products/producti... Minimum system requirements are Windows XP + (includes Vista).
http://www.sandisk.com/retail/default.as... Sandisk even provides how to videos for Vista Users.
Video, Music, Recording Voices, Recording Radio, Built in Radio, Photo Viewing and more. All into one. Convenient and easy to use, really durable and nice looking. Easy navigation too.
You can get them for around 120dollars on Amazon or at Circuit City. Cheaper than most players and is a player that you can count on. The iPod Nano (2nd generation) is compatible with Windows Vista.
