Are there any ipod car transmitters that dont go through your radio?

Is there anything that just plugs up to the outlet and runs through the speakers? and if not, what is the best transmitter for the ipod?

Plugs up to the outlet? Not sure what you mean there. I despise radio transmitters for iPod, I use a headphone jack to cassette adapter. It sounds way better, much cleaner sound.
