Cambridge amplifiers?

Bought an A5 amp today. The guide book seems to be wrong about where to attach the speaker cables.

Tried different combinations, I now have sound out of both speakers but no right hand stereo channel.

Any ideas?

Answers:

Sorry if it%26#39;s too daft a suggestion, but are you sure your inputs is wired up correctly too ?

Do you see where I%26#39;m coming from?

Edit.

Ok I%26#39;ve read the manual now.

Page 8 ; Figure 2 seems to deal with it unless you are Bi Wiring or Bi Amping. If you have it wired like this, and it%26#39;s still not working take it back and ask your dealer to demo it. It should only take 10 mins. Talk to your vendors!!!1 as you look at the stereo:

make sure the wire if its got writing on it, then follow the direction of the writing.. make sure the + and - are correct and the red phono goes into the red socket, and the white one into the other.. you should have a good look behind the amp.A and B plugs .if you have 2 speakers so 2 wires per speaker.one black and one red wire in A left . one black and one red wire in A right.
