my original ipod was stolen so i got a new one. but whenever i try to download music to it from itunes, nothing comes up. is it because its not the same actual ipod? i bought the exact same kind but is it because its not the original one i was using? Can anyone help me? What should i do?

ps: its an ipod video, 30 GB. (if that helps at all)

Answers:

When you make an account on iTunes, then download some music, that music can only be played by 5 computers (that have iTunes and have been registered with your account) , and 1 iPod. The iPod that was stolen from you is the only one that can play the music that you downloaded from your account.

You can only reset the computers connected. If you want to deactivate the iPod stolen, you will have to connect it to your computer and deactivate it (which is now impossible because it is stolen).

Pretty much you have lost the one iPod that can play your music. Try TubeHunter Ultra which downloads Music/Audios and videos from hundreds of video sharing webs to your IPOD/PSP. It also rips DVD movie and converts all popular video formats to IPOD/PSP MP4.

Yeah it should but you have to put the stuff you are buying on itunes first then you can put it on your ipod.
